INDULGE ON A TRULY GREAT STEAK
The Wildfire steak begins with top quality, grain-fed beef, hand selected and trimmed by our butcher to avoid excess fat and gristle. For maximum tenderness, our Striploins and Tenderloins are aged for a minimum of 28 days. Well marbled, centre cuts, cooked on our hard wood BBQ and seasoned with a unique blend of herbs and spices make Wildfire steaks memorable for their full, natural flavor and juiciness.
